About Us

Hi, my name is… well my name is not really all that important to you, to me or to anyone really. I’m guessing you clicked the about me page to find out about the smart arse writing this content… well I’m happy to be the barer of bad news, you’ll get nothing from me. Some of you folk my know me, whilst the rest of you probably wish you did. What’s really import here is the food, so stop wasting your time reading this and go back to cooking.

If you really must know something, then know this. I live in Australia I like my beer as much as I like coffee and I have a slight dexter addiction to kitchen knives… most of you would probably find it a little creepy… but again we are not here to talk about that…

One last thing… I still set off the smoke alarm, so don’t give up on cooking just because something is a little more burnt then it should have been, just do what I do and throw it across the kitchen.

    well, looks like we have a few things in common, Matt. I love Jamie Oliver and could spend my days reading cook books. I am living in Perth for a few months as that's where my husband is from - the same husband who has to put up with cold food because he's married to a food blogger. Nice to 'meet' you!
